Lisa has over 30 years of child support operations and project management experience with service delivery. Her experience includes all components of the child support program with an emphasis on information systems management, process improvement and problem solving. She was the IV-D Director for six years. Prior to being named the IV-D Director, she was the Field Operations Director where she was directly involved with the management of all field operations. She was also the Systems Director where she led the implementation and Federal certification of the Louisiana Support Enforcement System (LASES). Lisa will provide support and guidance to the Executive Leadership Team. Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in social services and psychology from Nicholls State University.

With 20+ years of experience in government operations and project management, Marece has worked with multiple counties of all sizes. Marece was responsible for statewide financial and operations success based on consistently exceeding established goals. He holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification, which provides expertise in process analysis and improvement. He combines his government operations expertise with his Six Sigma knowledge to guide improvements through technology. Marece will give strategic principles and business process communications to ensure the best outcomes for GreenCourt’s customers. Marece earned a bachelor’s degree in socially responsible leadership from Purdue University.

Marsha L. Harlan, JD, is an attorney specializing in the representation of tribal governments and tribal members. She has served as a District Court Judge and Supreme Court Justice for various tribal Nations for more than 26 years. Currently, she focuses on tribal child support, gaming, domestic violence prevention, and self-governance. Judge Harlan received her Juris Doctor in 1999 from the University of Tulsa. She is currently a Justice of the Supreme Court for the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma, and serves as Chief Magistrate for the Southern Plains Region of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Chief Judge for the Kickapoo Tribe in Kansas, and Attorney General for the Wyandotte Nation of Oklahoma. Judge Harlan is the founding partner in Penn Ridge Strategies, LLC, a tribal consulting firm dedicated to tribal sovereignty. She is a nationally recognized speaker and children’s advocate. A member of the Osage Nation, she is past president and lifetime member of the National Tribal Child Support Association.

John brings more than 32 years of professional child support and leadership experience to his role of Government Services Consultant with GreenCourt Technologies. He began his career with the Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) as an agent in the Atlanta office, and has held positions as Supervisor, Compliance Monitor, Office Manager, Region Manager, and Deputy Director. John was appointed Assistant Deputy Commissioner, Child Support Services, in December 2020, serving as IV-D Director of the Georgia DCSS program through December 2023. He currently serves on the boards of NCSEA and ERICSA, and sat on the Executive Committee of the NCCSD.

Cindy applies her knowledge of government procurement andcontracts to GreenCourt’s engagements. She has over 30 years of experience in child support operations and project management in the human services community, including serving as IV-D Director for Georgia’s Division of Child Support Services. Cindy has 17 years of experience in government procurement and contracts, ensuring GreenCourt meets and exceeds contract requirements. She earned a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of West Georgia.

Tee Green serves as Chairman of GreenCourt’s Board of Directors. Tee contributes strategic management and operations expertise to the company. Tee is the former Executive Chairman and CEO of Greenway Health, where he served in leadership roles since its founding in 1998. Greenway Health’s solutions are deployed at nearly 10,000 medical groups, clinics and enterprises across the U.S., where they’re used by more than 75,000 clinical professionals.

Tee led Greenway through multiple capital-raising activities, an IPO, and a go-private transaction with Vista Equity Partners. He has started several companies in diverse sectors and graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Tanguler Gray serves as Executive Vice President of Operations at SMI, overseeing day-to-day operations across government contracts, working closely with the leadership team to advance the company’s mission. Tanguler was previously Commissioner for the Office of Child Support Services at HHS and held senior positions in Georgia DHS. She holds a degree from Valdosta State University and is the proud mother of two children.

Beth Green Reid serves as a member of GreenCourt’s Board of Directors. She received a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from Auburn University, worked for Ernst & Young, and taught accounting at the University of West Georgia. She also served as controller for Greenway Medical Technologies.

Tommy Vance is a founder of GreenCourt and serves as a member of the Board. He is a Partner in Tisinger Vance, P.C., has served in multiple legal and civic leadership roles, and received his BBA and JD from the University of Georgia.
